BASIC EDUCATION

Basic Education of CSR-M is integrated, compliant to R.A. 10533 known as the Enhanced Basic Education (K-12)
as ordered by the Department of Education Order No. 31 S. 2012

ECE (Early Childhood Education)

Early Childhood Education (ECE)The ECE program accepts pupils who are 4 years old and trains them in their intellectual, social, emotional and physical faculty given their age capacity.Advance lessons are also part of the preparation to ascertain that they are prepared in their entry level skills for Kindergarten.The department does not negate special talents and skills, reason for the Step Program of the Basic Education Department.

Grade School

The GRADE SCHOOL program is divided into two levels: the primary (Grade1-3) and the Intermediate (Grade4-6).The OBE (Outcome-based Education) is pursued by the school to specifically define the terminal and the entry level skills of the pupils, respectively.The STEP Program further develops and hones the talents and skills of students. Curriculum enhancement includes MathScore for Mathematics across all subjects.

Junior High School

The curriculum of the Junior High School is vertically articulated with the curriculum of the Senior High School to ensure continuity of skills development.

Senior High School

The Senior High School program has a powerhouse of faculty members who are highly qualified to implement the curriculum that is customized to the college degree programs offered in the University and other institutions.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

The pupils are expected to:

1.   know and love God and the basic teachings of Catholic Faith;

2.   cherish the beauty of a family;

3.   master basic academic skills;

4.   develop social interaction and show respect to others.

GRADE SCHOOL

The pupils are expected to:

1.    love God, learn, understand and practice the Catholic
doctrine and faith;

2.    enhance pupils’ academic competencies;

3.    think critically and makes sound decisions

4.    value the beauty of family and communal relationships; and

5.    develop effective leadership and social responsibility.

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

The students are expected to:

1.   practice the Gospel values in their judgment toward self, family, other people and the human community;

2.   uphold the dignity of a person recognizing that she is
created unto the image and likeness of God;

3.   demonstrate femininity, moral character, personal
discipline, critical and creative thinking, skills in decision
making and appreciation for
manual tasks;

4.   show proficiency in verbal and written communication;

5.   exhibit dynamic leadership and involvement in community
services; manifest love and appreciation of what is truly
Filipino.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL OBJECTIVES

The students are expected to:

1.   become living testament of God’s love and mercy with
preferential option for the poor;

2.   manifest fluency in oral and written communication;

3.   exhibit effective and selfless leadership and
collaborative participation in assemblies ;

4.   enhance academic competencies in preparation for higher
education;

5.   develop work skills for employment opportunities;

6.   strengthen entrepreneurial skills for feasible business
opportunities
